Personalisation and the reservation process
Our experience in the hotel market through the years taught us that every client wants flexibility when it comes to booking a hotel. Therefore LookingforBooking Corporate Travel offers you a tailor-made system to your specific needs.
For each client LookingforBooking Corporate Travel develops a tailor-made reservation portal. Furthermore, each client receives an own unique company URL where employees can login on the secure reservation portal with their own username and password.
Employees can easily enter the required destination or hotel name and arrival and departure date in the search bar. Our reservation portal then automatically retrieves the availability and prices from more than 80 different hotel and booking sites to get the best price. Within a few seconds all the available hotels are shown in a list.
It’s possible to filter the results to your liking, for example by facilities (parking, Wi-Fi, fitness etc.), star rating, hotel chain or other features. The results will be refreshed immediately after selecting the required filter.
